Bill Mulligan, Founder and President. Bill Mulligan founded Caffeine in 1999 and has built a reputation for running Internet projects that: exceed client expectations; stay on budget, and: run on schedule. Caffeine is now one of the most respected Interactive Agencies in Connecticut serving International Fortune 500 companies down to small non-profits here in Connecticut. “It’s not about the size of the account, but quality of the client relationship that matters most to us,” says Mulligan. As the company’s owner, he: supervises project schedules and deliverables; manages design, development and marketing teams; and drives planning to serve client’s long-range goals. His focus is on making sure web-based activities earn their keep. He is a web strategist who understands online economies as well as anyone in the industry. Prior to launching Caffeine, Mulligan directed business initiatives for sites that have ranked in the top 500 of PC Data Online’s traffic reports, as well as numerous branding initiatives. During his career he’s had the privilege of working on interactive projects for Mattel, Autobytel.com, joecartoon.com, Sega of America, and Broderbund Software, among others. Mulligan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and earned his MBA from the University of New Haven.
	Sam Cohen, Designer. Sam Cohen is a recent graduate of Quinnipiac University where he earned his Master’s of Interactive Communications. Sam holds his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Westfield State College. In between undergraduate and graduate school Sam worked as a professional web designer in the San Francisco Bay area. He likes working with clients to bring ideas to life. He feels it’s an exciting time to be in design with the marriage of ever evolving technologies to traditional design. He enjoys biking, hiking, and photography. Skills: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and FLASH.
	Vin DiGioia, Director, Web Marketing. Vin has a unique blend of training. After spending 4 years as an IT Security Analyst, Vin went on to receive his Master’s degree in Communications/eMedia from Quinnipiac University. Combine that with a BS in Marketing (Minor: Psychology) from Bryant College and some “big agency” experience working on interactive marketing campaigns for Dice.com, BearingPoint, Eastern Mountain Sports and Chevrolet at Modem Media, and you have the aforementioned fine blend. 	Nicolas Gangloff, Senior Web Developer. "Nico" is a welcome addition to Caffeine from Paris, France, where he was Lead Programmer and Business Analyst with www.imds-world.com. Nico specializes in a wide-range of programming languages, application frameworks, development tools, databases, and servers. 	Kevin Goodgion, Designer. A fretless bassist, aspiring mystic and a multi-modal artist, Kevin likes to make things pretty. His keen ability to handle creative energy extends itself into the world of web graphics where Kevin is fluent in the major web design applications available today. Also adept at using the left-brain Kevin can manifest form and function simultaneously with a hand-coding-knowledge of HTML and Actionscript. 	Matt Hazelton, Interactive Account Coordinator. Matt is a recent graduate of Quinnipiac University where he received his BA in Interactive Media Production and Design. Prior to joining Caffeine full-time, Matt interned for two semesters with the team. Tech Skills: Dreamweaver, FLASH, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Final Cut and After Effects.
	Jason McCullough, Programmer. Jason is on Caffeine’s Web Development Team. Previously, he served as Director of Business Technology for ten years in retail services. Jason is a valued member of the Caffeine team for his calm and friendly demeanor when deadlines loom large. His areas of expertise include HTML, CSS, XHTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Javascript. Jason received his education from the University of Connecticut where he majored in Business Technology.
	Dan Sullivan, Designer. Dan is a cum laude graduate of Quinnipiac University where he received his BA in Interactive Media Production and Design. Dan specializes in Interactive design and web media. He is experienced in digital video editing and compression, including sound and music augmentation. Dan brings a cutting edge, youthful point of view to his work here at Caffeine. Tech Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Actionscript, HTML, CSS, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and Flash based video integration with HTML sites. 	Hang Tran, Developer. Hang is a highly talented technical team leader with specialized database development experience and a focus on quality control. She has ample experience integrating 3rd party software solutions and keeping up with the latest technology on the back-end to optimize performance and future efficiencies and features. Hang has her BS in MIS from UConn and is working towards her Masters in IT from Sacred Heart University. 	Donavon Young, Lead Developer. Donavon is a master at creating online applications, a relatively difficult discipline that requires a specialized skill set. Prior to joining Caffeine, Donavon was the Senior Web Architect for MeTV …an online entertainment portal specializing in bringing on demand movies to the living room. Donavon provides the back-end support for web-based activities such as e-commerce, database management, and “web-apps” or web-based applications. Donavon came to Caffeine in June of 2001.
